James Wallman is a bestselling author, entrepreneur, and futurist and runs strategic advisory firm The Future is Here. His opinions have appeared in the New York Times, the Financial Times, the Economist, and Wired. He has also appeared on TV and radio from Australia to Brazil and the US. He has an MA in Classics from the University of Oxford, and a PhD in Entrepreneurship from the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.

Dr Catherine Kelly

Catherine has research interests in wellness, stress management, culture and the relationships between people, work, parenting, nature and wellbeing. She has worked in the field of wellness as an education-sector practitioner and an academic for over 20 years offering unique practitoner-researcher insights. She sits on the British Standards Institute for wellness and also chairs the UNESCO Biosphere committee for Sustainable Development in Brighton, UK.

Khody Damestani

Therapist & Co-Founder, MyMindPal

Khody is a psychotherapist, performance coach and leading expert in the areas of behaviour change and peak performance with over 15 years experience both as a lecturer and practitioner. He is the author of an internationally recognised diploma and numerous degree modules in his field. He has worked with Olympic athletes and business people from a range of sectors, and is also the Co-founder of digital mental health and well-being company - Mymindpal.
