Maddie is a skilled pastry chef with a passion for creating terrific treats. Trained at Northampton College, she found her calling in various kitchens before joining Compass Group.
Now, as a valued member of the Marcus Wareing Forward Programme, Maddie is at the forefront of our baking team, delighting taste buds with her irresistible creations in Eurest restaurants across the UK.
Maddie helps to develop the mouth-watering recipes on our menus, before they’re home baked at each site by our expert team.
