We’ve joined forces with our people, partners and the wider Compass Group UK & Ireland to kickstart climate action. Our mission is to achieve net-zero emissions by 2030 without compromising on the tastiness, convenience or creativity of our workplace food experiences – and that’s exactly what we’re doing.
We’re driving planet-friendly change through research-backed decisions. It’s not just about what we serve on the plate – we put just as much effort into where the ingredients come from and how they’re prepared. From a focus on fresh, seasonal produce to the 40% of our meals that are already plant-forward, we’re uncompromising about our goal to become Climate Net Zero by 2030.
We’ve reduced our CO2 emissions by sourcing at least 80% of our produce from British suppliers
Our vision is to match our passion and quality for food and service with our care for the planet. We’re the first in the industry to publish a Climate Net Zero plan, which is all part of our commitment to creating a sustainable food system.
We believe in transparency and accountability. That's why we're tracking our progress closely, setting clear targets, and reporting on our achievements as we move towards our Net Zero goal. Details of our progress, results and challenges so far are detailed in our Transition Plan, which is also aligned with the UK government-backed Final Disclosure Framework. We’ve made great progress so far, but there’s still lots to do, so learn more about our priorities and the radical changes that need to be made on the road towards Climate Net Zero.
