How to add your signature

  1. Fill your details in the form; anything you don't add will be left as it is.
  2. Select Update.
  3. Highlight the whole signature and then copy (CTRL+C) to your clipboard.
  4. Paste the signature (CTRL+V) into Microsoft Outlook's Signature Editor.
